1ARE ELECTRIC SCOOTERS LEGAL?

Each city in the United States has a different policy or no documented policy yet. This mode of transportation is amazing but relatively new. Go2 Scooters does not guarantee that Electric Scooters, will be legal to ride in your city. Please check your local laws and regulations.

Most cities have adopted policies where Electric Scooters can be ridden in bike lanes and on the shoulder of some roadways. Speed limits vary but generally cities expect you to ride at or below normal bicycle speeds of 15-20 mph.

Electric Scooters , when owned personally and not part of a dockless ride-share program, are a GREAT and FUN way of getting around a city! Go2Scooters.com is passionate about the industry of Electric Scooters so we kindly ask that all of our customers ride with the upmost respect for pedestrians, law enforcement and car drivers. Also, please park your scooter where it does not block Wheelchair access, fire hydrants or pedestrian walkways etc, etc.

FAQ ABOUT RETURNS

1How long will it take to receive a refund?

We strive to process all returns the same or next business day following receipt at our location. Most debit or credit cards, as well as PayPal accounts, will show our refund to you within 72 hours (or on your next paper statement).

2How will I know when you’ve received my return?

Go2 Scooters will notify you at the email address on file when we process your return.

Should I keep the original box?

1Where do we ship to?

Go2scooters ship to the continental US, free of charge from our New York State warehouse. It takes 1 to 3 business days to ship from East Coast and 4 to 6 business days to ship to the West Coast. Fulfillments can take 24 hours to leave the warehouse in weekdays. For more details, view our shipping page. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii and would like to place an order special shipping rates will apply. Rates between $100-$300 for shipping to remote locations as a Scooters needs to travel by air shipping. For international shipping quotes, please contact us.

2Our shipping process?

You can place the items in your cart online and the shipping calculator will give you a shipping quote specific to your location. Once an order is placed, it is reviewed and processed immediately. Completion of an order can take up to 48 hours. Once your order is picked up by our couriers (UPS, USPS), Shipping times will vary depending on your location. The approximate shipping times are: • East Coast states: 2 to 3 business days • Midwest: 3 to 5 business days • West coast states: 4 to 6 business days Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, courier services can take time to update their tracking information.

3Do you ship to Canada?

We ship Canada wide free of charge! Shipping to the Canada takes an average of 10 Business days.

4My order hasn’t shipped yet, can I still edit my order?

Yes, you can edit your order if it hasn’t shipped! If you haven’t received a tracking number or order confirmation that your scooter has shipped yet, please reach out to our Team. We will do our best to change your order before it ships out. If your order has shipped partially, we are able to edit the parts of the order that has not yet been shipped! If your order has shipped completely, we are unfortunately unable to edit your order.

5Where is my order? Can I have an update on my order?

We deliver the product within 48 hours of receiving the request by our warehouse team, Unless the product is a pre-order (Usually clearly Stated on the product page), Or if you’re Currently waiting for a purchased back order. Please note that fulfillment team operates between Monday and Friday, and not on the weekends. We automatically notify you by email when the product does ship out and provide a tracking number to allow you to track your product while it’s in transit to you. Received a tracking number that hasn’t updated after 48 hours? For any additional questions, contact us.

6My package is delayed; is there anything we can do?

We deliver all of our products via private carriers such as UPS or USPS. We do our absolute best to check and send out your unit as soon as your order is placed, and have policies in place with the shipping providers to protect and get your package to you as timely as possible. It’s not uncommon to face unexpected delays of 3 to 7 business days with packages shipped by private carriers. If ever the package is delayed for more than seven business days or cannot be found on the tracking, contact us and we will open a claim for you. Claims normally get resolved on an urgent basis, and if not, a new unit will be sent out to you while the claim continues. We thank you for your patience on this and are always here to help! As a small business, your order means a lot to us and we’re willing to help in any way possible.

7Can my scooter be delivered on a weekend?

As much as we would like to deliver our goods on a seven-day basis no delivery companies work on weekends, rest assured that delivery will resume the following Monday.

8Can my scooter be delivered on a weekend?

To ensure our customers satisfaction we offer a 14-day return policy. We strongly recommend keeping the box for at least 14 days in case you choose to return.
